This policy explains how Topveek Fashion Design ("Topveek", "we", "us") handles personal information through topveek.com and our Facebook Page publishing integration, Topveek sharing. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

• Enquiries and tailoring consultations: your name, email address, phone number, selected service, messages, and measurements you choose to submit.
• Orders: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, ordered items, selected sizes, quantities, order status, and any payment receipt you upload. A receipt may contain financial information; please avoid including unrelated sensitive details.
• Reviews: the name, location, rating, and review text you submit. Approved reviews may be displayed publicly on the website.
• Newsletter: the email address you submit when subscribing.
• Website usage and security: visited page paths, referring pages, browser/device information from the user-agent header, and visit times. Our server also processes IP addresses for connections, rate limiting, and security; hosting infrastructure may keep access logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, prepare garments, process and deliver orders, check submitted payment receipts, communicate about services, moderate reviews, send subscribed newsletters, understand website use, and protect the website against misuse. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps needed to provide requested services or perform an order, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.

Cookies and browser storage

The shop stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage. Administrator login uses a session cookie to maintain authenticated access. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings; doing so may clear your cart or sign you out. Our website usage tracking records page visits on our server.

Facebook Page sharing

Authorized Topveek administrators connect our Facebook Page using Meta permissions such as pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, and, where needed, business_management. The integration uses Page identification and access credentials to identify the connected Page and publish administrator-selected collection images, portfolio projects, blog links, and accompanying text.

Facebook access credentials are configured on our server and are not intended for public display. Publishing sends the selected content to Meta, and that content may become public on Facebook. The integration is for our business Page; it does not require website customers to log in with Facebook. Customer order details, contact submissions, and measurements are not automatically included in Facebook posts.

Administrators can withdraw the app's access through Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Disconnecting the integration does not itself remove posts already published on Facebook; those posts must be managed separately on the Page. Meta handles information on its own services under its own policies.

Service providers and public content

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Our email service uses Gmail. Public pages may load Google Fonts or YouTube thumbnails and video content; these providers receive connection information when their resources load. If you follow links to WhatsApp, Facebook, or other external services, their privacy practices apply.

Authorized staff and service providers may access information needed to fulfil your request or support the website. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. Approved reviews and administrator-published images or articles can be viewed by the public. Avoid submitting confidential information in a review.

Storage, retention, and security

Submitted information is stored on the website's server and may also appear in service-related emails. We retain information according to its purpose, ongoing customer relationships, and applicable record-keeping obligations. There is no single automatic deletion period for all submissions. The website limits its saved usage analytics to the most recent 10,000 records. Copies held in emails, logs, or backups may follow separate retention schedules.

The website uses measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated administration, and request rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party services may process information outside your country.

Your choices and data deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and raise an objection or request a restriction where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional communications and ask to unsubscribe from the newsletter by emailing us.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email address used on the website and enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry, order, review, subscription, or Facebook integration record. Do not include passwords, Facebook tokens, or unnecessary identity documents.

We may need to verify your request before acting. We will review it and explain any information we must retain for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate record keeping. Deleting our records does not automatically delete content held by Meta or other independent services. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.

Children's information

The website is intended for customers able to arrange our services. A parent or guardian should handle enquiries and orders involving a child's details or measurements. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.
